Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
Age:
- Maximum 35 years (as of the last date for submission of the application)
Experience:
- Candidates with 01 year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage front and back-office transactions.
- Handle remittance activities and process online transactions.
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Monitor inoperative and dormant accounts, ensuring notices are served to unclaimed account holders as required.
- Process financial instruments, ATM claims, and locker maintenance.
- Manage cash handling, term deposits, and daily financial transactions.
- Generate month-end reports and maintain auditable transaction records.
- Assist the Operations Manager in promoting/selling products like Travelers Cheques, Savings Bonds, etc.
- Ensure operational compliance with SOPs and Prudential Regulations.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor(s).
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Effective teamwork and customer service skills.
